Conical form made on the wheel in red clay with oval cuts on the upper part. Decorated with a small key motif incised using a stamp. Olive green matte glaze with brushstrokes of bright red glaze within the incisions.

The Riedizioni collection recreates Aldo Londi’s ceramic works from the 1950s, 60s, and 70s, preserved in the Bitossi Museum Archive. Produced in limited editions, each piece bears the original inventory number on its base, along with the name of the historic brand “Cav. G. Bitossi & Figli.”

Painter, sculptor, and above all ceramist, Aldo Londi (Montelupo Fiorentino, 1911) lived a life devoted to art, balancing technical expertise, creative sensitivity, and a natural inclination for research. He collaborated with Bitossi for over fifty years, first as art director and later as a contributor.
