The collection

Green Line is the name of the collection, an evocative title inspired by a historically and culturally significant context: the "Green Line" of Beirut, a symbol of the city after the Lebanese civil war. It was the demarcation line separating Muslim West Beirut from Christian East Beirut along Damascus Street.

Novembre’s thought focuses on nature’s unstoppable resilience, reborn from the ruins and horrors of war: "a flower will grow again above every human error" (Fabio Novembre). The series features tall, single-stem vases — four sculptural pieces made through the slip-casting technique in white clay, coated with semi-matte black glaze.
