The collection

The shapes of resistance is a collection of four sculptural vases in lava black and blue, characterized by soft forms and rough surfaces. In Georgia, the tradition of ceramic vases is deeply intertwined with the country’s history. Rooms Studio builds a dialogue between past and present, materiality and form, highlighting the resilience of artistic expression. Simple volumes, organic shapes, and bold colors create an authentic experience, symbolizing the act of resistance. Crafted using the potter’s wheel technique in white clay, with applied elements.
